We have 45 Virginia authors coming to Mechanicsville to display and discuss their latest books. 16 of those authors will be giving 10 minute readings or speeches during the day. For the children, we will have face-painting and gift bags (ages 3-11). At 11:00, the Crossroads Irish Dance Troupe will perform. At noon, there is a workshop for aspiring writers on "How to Begin Your Book" and at 2:00 (after the book sales are over) a panel of authors will have a Q&A on marketing for success.
