We will have a limited number of book display tables, so be prepared to share table space with two or three other authors! (Sales are limited to VWC members who register and pay to attend the annual meeting.) It is suggested that you bring 5-10 copies of each book and have additional copies in your car if you need them. Check "YES" on the registration form if you plan to participate.
BOOKS NEEDED FOR RAFFLE FUNDRAISER. Members and/or guests are encouraged to donate a new book(s) for our annual meeting raffle fundraiser to benefit the VWC Education & Scholarship Fund. The donated book can be a member’s published book, or any other new book. Books are to be brought on the day of the event and placed on the designated raffle table for display. If you are not attending the meeting and would still like to donate a book, please let Linda Layne know so you can make arrangements to mail the book in advance of the event. PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE to be included on the Raffle Donor List in the meeting program: Linda Layne vwcmail@aol.com.

Members and/or guests are welcome to contribute a basket, as well. Baskets can be regional, literary, or just great gifts. Contact Linda Layne in advance of the annual meeting by OCTOBER 27 with a jazzy title for the basket, a list of contents and approximate values, so she can prepare the bid sheets with those details.
